Renea Mable, LISW-CP

Renea is a licensed master social worker clinical practitioner (LISW-CP). Working from a client-centered, strength-based, validating approach, along with evidence-based treatments, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and crisis intervention, Renea encourages and empowers her clients to improve their self-esteem and decision-making skills, as well as become more self-reliant. Renea specializes in depression, anxiety, relationship problems, abuse, and emotional challenges, and provides a non-judgmental support system in which clients are able to freely discuss personal concerns and desires for change. In addition to working with individuals, couples, and families, Renea is working towards developing a Support Group for Primary Caregivers who are dealing with the stress, pressure, and responsibility of providing care for their loved ones.

Renea received her Bachelor of Education from Coastal Carolina University and her Master's degree in Education from Columbia College in Columbia SC.

During her 7 years of teaching, Renea found herself drawn to working with her students to help them to find solutions to their stress and anxiety as well as helping them develop communication skills to help with conflict resolution.

In 2008, Renea graduated with her Masters in Social Work (MSW) at the University of South Carolina.
