Meet Our Counselors

Amy Pascarella, M.S., LPC, LAC

Amy is a Licensed Professional Counselor who finds many people are struggling with more than they can handle on their own. Whether it is one particular stressor, illness, family troubles, or just the combination of several things, life can just be overwhelming. Amy helps people identify new ways to think through problems, redefine what they want in their life, and challenge ideas that may be holding them back. Amy uses a client-centered approach guided by her training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and influenced by her work with Mindfulness. Through a variety of approaches, she meets clients where they are, and together they develop a plan to help decrease the chaos, manage stress, and balance life’s demands.

Amy received her B.A. in Psychology with minors in Forensic Psychology and Women’s Studies from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY.

She received her M.S. and Post Master’s Certificate in Clinical Community Counseling from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD.
