Chelsea Goldman, Ed.S, LPC-A
Chelsea Goldman is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A). She uses a client-centered approach to therapy, which means her clients actually guide the session. Chelsea interweaves the evidence-based practices of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to allow clients to regain control of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. She understands that as we go through life, we encounter events that change the way we think or behave. It can be very difficult to return to comfortable ways of thinking, but she is here to help guide you.
Chelsea also uses mindfulness to foster a comfortable environment, while the client learns new skills to cope. Chelsea takes a special interest in Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, and life transitions. Her clients include adolescents, young adults, other individuals, couples, and families.

Chelsea earned both her undergraduate degree in Psychology and her Master’s Plus in Counseling Education from the University of South Carolina.
